{"id":55829,"date":"2022-02-02T08:00:15","date_gmt":"2022-02-02T06:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mcrtecresa.com\/?p=55829"},"modified":"2025-10-22T13:24:25","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T11:24:25","slug":"argamassa-resistente-ao-fogo-tecplaster","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mcrtecresa.com\/pt\/blog\/argamassa-resistente-ao-fogo-tecplaster","title":{"rendered":"Argamassa resistente ao fogo Tecplaster\u00ae"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde o departamento de P &amp; D &amp; i da <strong>mercor<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>tecresa<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong><\/span> temos desenvolvido uma nova <strong>Argamassa resistente ao Fogo<\/strong> chamada <strong>Tecplaster\u00ae.<\/strong> Esta argamassa \u00e9 de grande dureza e rigidez, o que o torna ideal para ser utilizado em \u00e1reas de tr\u00e2nsito onde pode sofrer golpes ou atritos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9 composto por um aglutinante hidr\u00e1ulico (gesso) ao qual se adicionam<strong> Perlite<\/strong> e <strong>Vermiculite,<\/strong> que s\u00e3o minerais de origem vulc\u00e2nica, e dadas \u00e0s suas propriedades, iluminam o produto, conferem-lhe maior isolamento t\u00e9rmico e melhor para o seu \u00a0\u00a0comportamento do fogo. Tamb\u00e9m tem na sua composi\u00e7\u00e3o outros aditivos que melhoram as suas propriedades f\u00edsicas e a resist\u00eancia ao fogo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta argamassa \u00e9 aplicada por proje\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica atrav\u00e9s de uma batedeira de bomba e parafuso sem-fim por via h\u00famida. A sua apar\u00eancia uma vez aplicada \u00e9 branca e \u00e1spera, mas pode suportar alguma suaviza\u00e7\u00e3o e tamb\u00e9m suporta a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de tintas para mudar a sua apar\u00eancia e cor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para garantir e ser capaz de certificar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o desta Argamassa resistente ao fogo, realizamos v\u00e1rios <strong>testes padronizados<\/strong> para os usos mais comuns na constru\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>1.- <a href=\"https:\/\/mcrtecresa.com\/pt\/argamassa-tecplaster\/protecao-elementos-de-aco\">Ensaio de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o da Estrutura Met\u00e1lica <\/a><\/u><\/strong> de acordo com as normas de ensaio em vigor\u00a0 <strong>EN 13501-2: 2016<\/strong> garantindo a capacidade de suporte da estrutura met\u00e1lica at\u00e9 240 minutos (<strong>R-240<\/strong>), para calcular a espessura de acordo com cada perfil met\u00e1lico, precisamos de introduzir o termo <strong>MASSIVIDADE<\/strong> \u00a0(que \u00e9 um valor num\u00e9rico que define o melhor ou o pior comportamento do perfil) e \u00e9 o resultado da rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a superf\u00edcie exposta ao fogo entre o volume total do perfil met\u00e1lico. Para os perfis com sec\u00e7\u00e3o regular (que s\u00e3o os habituais) esta f\u00f3rmula pode ser substitu\u00edda pelo quociente entre o comprimento do per\u00edmetro do perfil dividido pela \u00e1rea da sec\u00e7\u00e3o transversal desta, expressa em metros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mcrtecresa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/massividade-argamassa.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"547\" height=\"254\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mcrtecresa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/FORJADO-Y-PILARES-DE-TECPLASTER-NAVE-C-COTO-DE-DO\u00d1ANA-PINTO-5-e1548670586199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Os valores de espessura da argamassa Tecplaster\u00ae, dependendo da massa para uma temperatura cr\u00edtica de 500\u00b0C, s\u00e3o os seguintes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mcrtecresa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Tabela-espessura-argamassa-Tecplaster.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"344\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>2.- <\/u><\/strong><strong><u><a href=\"https:\/\/mcrtecresa.com\/pt\/argamassa-tecplaster\/resistencia-ao-fogo-elementos-estruturais-betao\">Teste de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra Inc\u00eandios de Estruturas de Bet\u00e3o<\/a>:<\/u><\/strong> Este teste permite-nos garantir a prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra inc\u00eandios na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da Argamassa Tecplaster\u00ae em estruturas e lajes de bet\u00e3o e a sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o em reformas de constru\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 muito comum.
