{"id":31584,"date":"2020-06-30T18:27:16","date_gmt":"2020-06-30T16:27:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mcrtecresa.com\/?p=31584"},"modified":"2025-10-22T13:34:29","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T11:34:29","slug":"la-resistance-au-feu-dun-materiel-de-construction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mcrtecresa.com\/fr\/blog\/la-resistance-au-feu-dun-materiel-de-construction","title":{"rendered":"La resistance au feu d\u2019un materiel de construction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>R\u00e9sistance au Feu<\/strong> d\u2019un mat\u00e9riel de construction englobe plusieurs d\u00e9finitions ind\u00e9pendantes qui s\u2019utilisent de mani\u00e8re individuelle ou group\u00e9e, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mcrtecresa.com\/fr\/solutions-constructives\">selon l\u2019usage pr\u00e9vu du mat\u00e9riel.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces d\u00e9finitions associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la R\u00e9sistance au Feu sont :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>R<\/strong> (de l\u2019anglais \u201cResistance\u201d) : Il s\u2019agit de la <strong>Capacit\u00e9 de charge<\/strong>, un terme qui se rapporte uniquement aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments structuraux qui portent une charge (piliers, poutres, murs porteurs, etc.). La r\u00e9sistance d\u2019un mat\u00e9riel est d\u00e9finie par le temps pendant lequel celui-ci est capable de maintenir sa fonction d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment porteur lorsqu\u2019il est soumis \u00e0 une courbe standard de temp\u00e9rature-temps lors d\u2019essais types.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E <\/strong>: Il s\u2019agit de l\u2019<strong>Etanch\u00e9it\u00e9<\/strong>. Ce terme est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des <strong>\u00e9l\u00e9ments sectorisants<\/strong> (cloisons, portes, plafonds, etc.) et repr\u00e9sente leur capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sister au feu tout en emp\u00eachant le passage de flammes ou de gaz chauds susceptibles de provoquer une ignition de la face non expos\u00e9e au feu. L\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 est \u00e9galement d\u00e9finie en soumettant le mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 une courbe standard de temp\u00e9rature-temps lors d\u2019essais types.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 se mesure \u00e0 l\u2019aide de trois m\u00e9thodes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mesurer les <strong>fissures<\/strong> qui apparaissent lors de l\u2019essai type. Ces fissures ne peuvent pas d\u00e9passer une certaine dimension.<\/li>\n<li>Approcher un <strong>tampon de coton<\/strong> des fissures qui apparaissent sur la face non expos\u00e9e au feu. Ce dernier ne doit pas s\u2019enflammer.<\/li>\n<li>Il ne doit pas y avoir de flammes durables sur la face non expos\u00e9e au feu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>I <\/strong>(de l\u2019anglais \u201cInsulation\u201d) : Il s\u2019agit de l\u2019<strong>Isolation Thermique, <\/strong>qui indique la diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature entre la face expos\u00e9e au feu et la face non expos\u00e9e au feu. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, la temp\u00e9rature de la face non expos\u00e9e ne doit pas d\u00e9passer les 140\u00baC lorsque la face expos\u00e9e est soumise \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1.000\u00baC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il existe, lors de cas ponctuels, d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments pour d\u00e9finir la r\u00e9sistance au feu\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>W<\/strong>: \u201c<strong>Rayonnement Thermique<\/strong>\u201d. Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment sectorisant, comme un rideau coupe-feu, ne peut pas laisser passer plus de 15Kw\/m2 lorsqu\u2019il est soumis au feu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S<\/strong> (de l\u2019anglais \u201dSmoke\u201d) se rapporte \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>Etanch\u00e9it\u00e9 aux Fum\u00e9es<\/strong>. En plus de l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9<strong> E <\/strong>qui prot\u00e8ge des flammes et des gaz chaud, l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 aux fum\u00e9es emp\u00eache le passage des fum\u00e9es froides. Elle est importante lors de l\u2019installation de clapets coupe-feu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M <\/strong>: \u201c<strong>Action M\u00e9canique<\/strong>\u201d. Il s\u2019agit de la capacit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riel de supporter l\u2019impact d\u2019un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment qui tomberait sur lui.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C : <\/strong>\u201c<strong>Fermeture Automatique<\/strong>\u201d. On v\u00e9rifie le bon fonctionnement d\u2019un dispositif \u00e0 fermeture automatique. C\u2019est le cas des portes coupe-feu qui restent ouverte et dont la fermeture se d\u00e9clenche exclusivement en cas d\u2019incendie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>G : <\/strong>\u201c<strong>R\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la suie<\/strong>\u201d, associ\u00e9e aux fourneaux et aux chemin\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li><strong>K : <\/strong>\u201c<strong>Capacit\u00e9 de Protection face au Feu<\/strong>\u201d, qui se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 qu\u2019a le rev\u00eatement d\u2019un \u00e9l\u00e9ment sectorisant de prot\u00e9ger de l\u2019ignition, la carbonatation, ou tout autre dommage lui \u00e9tant inflig\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>P : <\/strong>\u201c<strong>Continuit\u00e9 Electrique<\/strong>\u201d.
