Ce type de forg\u00e9 mixte de b\u00e9ton avec plaque d’acier profil\u00e9 est utilis\u00e9 par premi\u00e8re fois aux \u00c9tats-Unis dans le si\u00e8cle XX\u00e8me et il est tr\u00e8s commun dans les travaux de r\u00e9novation et pour les nouveaux b\u00e2timents \u00e0 cause de sa simplicit\u00e9 de montage, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que les actes de la plaque permettent une grande rapidit\u00e9 d’ex\u00e9cution et une plus grande l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 dans les poids de celui-ci par rapport \u00e0 une dalle de b\u00e9ton ou d’une solive de plancher et la dalle traditionnelle. Ils sont appel\u00e9s colaborante parce qu’il agit comme une plaque de fer qui aide \u00e0 soutenir les efforts de traction positive sur elle.<\/p>\n

Il y a trois inconv\u00e9nients:<\/p>\n

– Il est relativement plus cher.<\/p>\n

– Il a un pire comportement thermo-acoustique.<\/p>\n

– Il a un mauvais comportement au feu.<\/p>\n

Dans ce post, nous parlons de la fa\u00e7on de r\u00e9soudre ce dernier probl\u00e8me, car il est une norme de test sp\u00e9cifique pour ce type de dalle,\u00a0Tests UNE ENV 13381-5\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0pour d\u00e9terminer la contribution \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance au feu des \u00e9l\u00e9ments structuraux. Partie 5: Protection appliqu\u00e9e aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments en b\u00e9ton\/t\u00f4le profil\u00e9e mixte acier\u201d.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Notre d\u00e9partement technique a test\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s en vertu de cette norme une application par projection de\u00a0notre mortier Tecwool F\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>avec des \u00e9paisseurs diff\u00e9rentes en fonction de la profondeur de b\u00e9ton et e la r\u00e9sistance au feu qui est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Avec ce produit, tout en prot\u00e9geant le feu, nous avons \u00e9galement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 les conditions thermo-acoustiques de celui-ci et nous avons prot\u00e8g\u00e9 le m\u00e9tal contre la corrosion.<\/p>\n

De notre exp\u00e9rience, nous avons remarqu\u00e9 qu’il y a des fabricants et des installateurs qui justifient la r\u00e9sistance au feu d’une telle forg\u00e9e par des tests de Protection du b\u00e9ton, \u00e0 savoir la norme\u00a0UNE ENV 13381-3<\/strong>. Des essais pour ce type de fabrication sont diff\u00e9rents de ceux du b\u00e9ton puisque, entre autres variables, il faut placer sur la plaque les thermocouples parce que la temp\u00e9rature ne parvient pas \u00e0 350 \u00b0 C, sa temp\u00e9rature critique. Cette variable est pas mesur\u00e9e dans un essai de b\u00e9ton, car la part la plus expos\u00e9e au feu est la plus important, cela qui est dans le b\u00e9ton.<\/p>\n

Il est \u00e9galement vrai qu’il y a des fabricants de tests de t\u00f4le d’acier profil\u00e9e qui ont fait test de resistance au feu dans ce type de forg\u00e9s dont le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tait que le placement d’un renfort de fond suppl\u00e9mentaire obtienne certaine r\u00e9sistance au feu. Ensuite, la t\u00f4le profil\u00e9e agit uniquement comme platelage perdu sans les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s collaborante. Dans ce cas particulier, il faut traiter le forg\u00e9 comme une dalle de b\u00e9ton et v\u00e9rifier que la distance de la face expos\u00e9e \u00e0 l’armure et la cr\u00eate minimale au-dessus satisfont laDB-SI annexe C.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
