{"id":10893,"date":"2018-03-31T22:29:47","date_gmt":"2018-03-31T20:29:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mcrtecresa.com?p=10893"},"modified":"2025-10-22T13:11:10","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T11:11:10","slug":"nouveau-mortier-tecwool-f","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mcrtecresa.com\/fr\/blog\/nouveau-mortier-tecwool-f","title":{"rendered":"Nouveau Mortier Tecwool F"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>Le\u00a0<strong>nouveau\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mcrtecresa.com\/fr\/solutions-constructives\">mortier Tecwool F\u00a0<\/a>est principalement compos\u00e9 de Rockwool et de ciment blanc mais il comprend \u00e9galement d&rsquo;autres additifs.<\/strong>\u00a0Ce produit est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la protection des structures et des murs devant le feu, il est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 notre si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Legan\u00e9s (Madrid) depuis 1998 et il a \u00e9t\u00e9 en constante \u00e9volution jusqu\u2019a \u00eatre le produit que nous avons aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p>\n<p>Soutenu par des multiples tests de r\u00e9sistance au feu, il est un des produits avec\u00a0<strong>des applications plus pratiques dans le march\u00e9 de la Protection passive.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ses avantages par rapport aux autres mortiers sur le march\u00e9 de la protection passive sont:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.VITESSE D\u2019EX\u00c9CUTION:<\/strong>\u00a0La performance du produit du travail de projection Tecwool -F \u00ab\u00a0double\u00a0\u00bb facilement d&rsquo;autres mortiers conventionnels dans les m\u00eames conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. PROTECTION DE LA STRUCTURE DU M\u00c9TAL \u00c0 LA CORROSION:<\/strong>\u00a0Le pH de Tecwool -F (12,4) favorise la protection contre l&rsquo;oxydation de la structure m\u00e9tallique contre les environnements agressifs et des probl\u00e8mes sp\u00e9cifiques D\u2019anticorrosion d&rsquo;amorces dans cette structure. Dans des autres mortiers, cependant, son pH favorise la corrosion de la structure m\u00e9tallique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. SUR-POIDS DE LA STRUCTURE:<\/strong>\u00a0Le Mortier Tecwool -F a une densit\u00e9 de 250 kg \/ m3 par rapport \u00e0 600-700 kg \/ m3 d&rsquo;autres mortiers. Pour une \u00e9paisseur de 3 cm, nous parlons d&rsquo;une structure de 9 kg par m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 de Tecwool-F et 24 kg par m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 quand il est projet\u00e9 avec d&rsquo;autres mortiers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. LIAISON:<\/strong>\u00a0Le nouveau mortier Tecwool-F a une fibre plus courte de Laine de Roche pour am\u00e9liorer le liant, ce qui li donne une excellente adh\u00e9rence \u00e0 des structures en acier avec et sans appr\u00eat, m\u00e9tal profil\u00e9, b\u00e9ton, etc. L&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence est test\u00e9e dans les des laboratoires, ce qui a une valeur de 0,011 Nw \/ cm2 pour l&rsquo;\u00e9chec sur t\u00f4le. En d&rsquo;autres mortiers quand le petit \u00e9chec d\u2019adh\u00e9rence est produit, habituellement il y a une bulle d&rsquo;air qui effondre le mat\u00e9riau dans une zone beaucoup plus grande qui est cr\u00e9\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. \u00c9LASTICIT\u00c9 DEVANT MOUVEMENTS DE L\u2019STRUCTURE:<\/strong>\u00a0Le Mortier Tecwool-F a une capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9formation et d&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 qui d\u2019autres mortiers plus rigides n\u2019ont pas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. NETTOYAGE:<\/strong>\u00a0Grace \u00e0 sa composition (laine de roche + ciment + autres additifs), le mortier Tecwool -F est beaucoup plus facile de nettoyer, car le ciment a besoin de plus de 28 jours pour forger et ne laisse pas aucun r\u00e9sidu. D&rsquo;autres mortiers ont un nettoyage difficile dans environnements humides et secs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. FINITION ET DECHETS:<\/strong>\u00a0Le Mortier Tecwool-F a une fibre courte et projet\u00e9e \u00e0 environ de 20 cm d\u2019haut, ce qui pr\u00e9sente une finition homog\u00e8ne avec tr\u00e8s peu de d\u00e9chets. Les autres mortiers sont montr\u00e9s habituellement projet\u00e9s avec des gouttes trop fluides et avec une finition moins uniforme, en particulier dans des \u00e9paisseurs importantes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. FORAGE POUR DES INSTALLATIONS DE PASSAGE:<\/strong>\u00a0Quand il faut enlever une petite zone de Tecwool-F pour accrocher ou passer une installation, vous peuvez retirer le produit avec une petite spatule sans que le mat\u00e9riau adjacent perdre son emprise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.\u00a0 PROPRIETES THERMO-ACOUSTIQUES:\u00a0<\/strong>La Laine de Roche pr\u00e9sente dans le mortier Tecwool-F unes conditions acoustiques parfaites dans la chambre r\u00e9verb\u00e9rante, ainsi que d&rsquo;excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s thermiques qui emp\u00eachent que \u00e0 travers du m\u00e9tal ou de la surface projet\u00e9e ait un pont thermique, propri\u00e9t\u00e9s que d\u2019autres mortiers ne poss\u00e8dent pas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.
