For example, a protected stairway or dividing the space into <strong>two or more fire sections<\/strong>. This allows us to save people quickly through the fire sector and reduce the evacuation routes distances.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Depending on the building height, fire load, location of the industrial premises regarding their neighbour\u2019s, etc., the regulation determines<strong> the stringency level in minutes of fire resistance<\/strong> that we will need on <a href=\"https:\/\/mcrtecresa.com\/en\/tecbor-boards\/non-structural-elements-walls\">partition walls<\/a>. Our Technical Department has developed three new solutions with <a href=\"https:\/\/mcrtecresa.com\/en\/tecbor-boards\"><strong>Tecbor<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Boards<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We refer to<strong> three new tests<\/strong> of sectorization with partition walls that require <strong>two, three and four hours of fire protection<\/strong>. These tests are made under the current regulation, which contains this type of solution, the <strong>UNE-EN 1364-1<\/strong>, Tests of fire resistance on non-structural elements. We have reduced the density of rock wool\u00a0in its interior to a much more commercial format going from 100 Kg\/m<sup>3<\/sup> to 40 Kg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, which has reduced its weight, cost and the ease of finding it available at any construction products warehouse.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Wall Tecbor EI-180<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this new test, like the previous one, we have reduced its cost and ease of assembly by reducing the density of the rock wool blankets it carries inside.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Wall Tecbor EI-240<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This test is new and gives us an idea about the good performance of the Tecbor Board against fire. While other solutions do not bear 4 hours of exposure to fire in the oven, our Tecbor Board holds up perfectly and meets the criteria of Insulation and Integrity for four hours (EI-240).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>Tecbor<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Boards<\/strong> are made of Magnesium oxide, silicates and other additives that offer <strong>the widest range of solutions<\/strong> of protection against fire.
