Tecfill\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> is a rock wool of volcanic origin, especially suitable for mechanical intake. Its use is intended for application by blowing in dippers or by injected into enclosed fabric using adapted machines. It is particularly suited to the thick walls.<\/div>\n
Tecfill\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> because it is made up of inorganic materials, it remains unaltered over time. It is imputrescible and does not cause fungal disturbances. With A1 (non-fuel) rating, in addition to its extraordinary energy efficiency, it offers fire-retardant capacity, preventing the spread of fire from one sector to another. Application<\/h2>

Tecfill\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> application is quick and easy, the desired insulation is achieved in very little time, cleanly and without major works. A mercor tecresa\u00ae<\/sup><\/span><\/strong>\u2019 skilled and accredited worker will perform the installation following the steps below:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
    \n
  1. Check the state of the cavity, veryfing the optimum application conditions.<\/li>\n
  2. Setting out of the penetration holes which will be done on the support work, guaranting the optimal distribution of the material in the cavity.<\/li>\n
  3. Tecfill\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> is blown dry, avoiding \u00a0material waste, stains, drips, etc.<\/li>\n
  4. Once the cavity is filled with \u00a0Tecfill\u00ae<\/strong> the worker will seal the holes of the support work with the most appropriate sealant (concrete, gypsum, mastic, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    The installation worker will adjust the machine in accordance with the required insulation characteristics \u00a0(thickness, density).<\/div>\n

    Tecfill\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> rockwool sacks are emptied in the machine\u2019s feed hopper to be blown. The rockwool is pneumatically blown through a hose and a nozzle towards the wall to be insulated. Tecfill\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> is blown through the holes drilled in the facing wall. The blowing hose diameter is 50 mm.<\/div>\n
